2009 Chinese New Year Celebration on the 24,25 and 26 of January. Its a long holiday for malaysian mountain bikers. We also take the opportunity to plan such a very happy ride to Pak Bara and Satun, Southern Thailand. Starting from a Putra Palace Hotel bus stop as our meeting point we will ride about a 116 km for that day to arrive Pak Bara Pier. Nothing to tell here as our ride seems to be a normal road ride and nothing interesting while riding to Pak Bara. Just its a very hot day. We arrive at the Bara Resort at about 3.00 pm local time. At night we spend our free time at the Bara Night Market which you can buy anything from food to perfume at a very low price. Please do remember the night market will start at 6.00 pm to 12.00pm Sunday night.
